How does SmokyMountainCabins4u.com work? Property owners subscribe to our service by paying a yearly fee per property listed. Vacationers then search our site to identify potential vacation properties. The vacationer is then able to contact the owner through phone or email to work out the details of renting the property. All of these transactions are between the vacationer and the property owner. We do not charge any type commission per booking. Vacationers may use this service for free.
Does SmokyMountainCabins4u.com guarantee the listing information on this website? No, we cannot guarantee the information for each property. Property information is entered directly to our site by the property owners. We have no method to check the accuracy of the entered information. You must check with the individual owners to verify any information. Please check our Disclaimer page for more information.
What role does SmokyMountainCabins4u.com play in the reservation process? SmokyMountainCabins4U.com does not handle any part in the reservation process. All reservation steps must be worked out between the renter and the owner.
Will my personal information be shared? Yes and No. We do not sell or share any personal information with other companies. We do retain owner’s basic account information entered at registration. Also, any information the vacationer sends through email to an owner will be available to that owner on our website. Please see our Privacy Policy for more detail.

What does it cost to search SmokyMountainCabins4u.com? There is no cost to search our database for a vacation rental.
Can I find out if a property is available for specific dates before inquiring? Some properties have links to availability calendars. Look for the calendar icons next to the properties using a calendar on the summary search pages. Always check with the owner to verify availability before making travel plans.

How do you compare SmokyMountainCabins4u.com to other vacation rental listing websites? Our pricing structure is below most other major vacation rental sites. We feel that we offer excellent value for your advertising dollar by pooling it with other owners in the Smoky Mountain area. We concentrate on local advertising, not trying to be a worldwide vacation site. In most cases, 1-2 nights booked because of your listing on SmokyMountainCabins4u.com will more than pay for the cost to advertise with us.
How do I list my vacation rental property? Go to our List your property page.
What do I do if my area is not listed as a search option? If you do not see your area listed and feel it should be included, please contact us.
How soon will my vacation rental be listed online? Your property should be online within 1 business day after receiving payment if paying by mail. If you use our online credit card payment system, your listing is usually available in minutes.
When and how often can I edit my property listing page? With our online edit process, you can edit your information whenever it is convenient for you. You also have unlimited access to your account and property information.
How do I add or edit photos to my property listing? After logging on with your user name and password, you may add photos or edit them using the update property function.
How much does it cost to list my vacation property and what does the cost include? Initial listings are $139 for 1 year. You will receive your own personal URL listing which will include the details of your property. Your contact information will be available for vacationers to contact you. Are there discounts for multiple property listings and/or multi-year listings? We do offer discounts for multiple properties. Currently, we only offer 1 year subscriptions. Please see our Advertise your property page for more details.
How can I move up on the search page? You can improve your placement on a search page by purchasing a “Special Listing” status. The cost for a “Special Listing is $69/year.
How do I increase my property exposure on your website? You can purchase a Featured Property listing for $20 per month. The featured properties will display on our home page. Our “Special Listing” places your property ahead of our basic listings in property search listings. The cost of this feature is $69/year.
Does SmokyMountainCabins4u.com have a refund policy? No refunds are given after the property has been listed.
Do you provide a personalized website address (URL)? Yes, each property listing has a unique URL.
Can I link to other websites from my property listing page? Yes, you can link to up to two other websites. However, these websites cannot be competitors of GreatSmokyMountainCabins4U.com. They also cannot be sites that list other vacation properties in the Great Smoky Mountain area that are not also listed on our website.
How do I login? If your are already registered with us, you may go directly to our Owner Data Entry page to enter your username and password. If you have not registered with us, you may go the List your property page to register.
What do I do if I forget my username and password? On the owner login screen, click on the link which says send my login and password. You will be required to enter the email address that we have on file. We will notify you by email of your username and password.
How do I view my property listing’s statistics? By entering your username and password on the owners page, you may see activity and past email requests on your property.
